Very encouraging message. I'm grateful for every message that encourages Christians to be honest about how things really are in their lives or how they feel. I often feel despair and it's great to see someone else acknowledging it and saying it's normal. It's easy to feel like a loser if you're a Christian but not "full of the joy of the Lord" which then compounds the problem. I also thought the distinction between the healthy and unhealthy kinds was helpful. So thank you for this message!
